Our Salon Stage provides Complimentary Live Music while you dine. We feature amazing local Hudson Valley and touring artists nightly. You may discover one of your new favorite artists. As always, we prioritize seating for guests who are joining us for dinner. We also provide a great Tap Room for enjoying a cocktail or beer while listening to the live music on our Salon Stage.

Jim Pospisil returns to the Towne Crier Café Salon Stage with the Sleight Of Hand trio, featuring Jim along with bassist Steve Restaino and percussionist Roy Notaro, to celebrate the release of Jim’s latest CD, “Hidden Motifs.”

Jim Pospisil has been performing throughout the Hudson Valley since the 1970s, both as a solo artist and with various bands. A singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, his songs seamlessly bring together musical arrangements with compelling lyrics that can be humorous or tragic, sensitive or cutting, all drawn from a well of personal experience.

Jim’s performances on guitar, mandolin, flute and harmonica can be soft and subtle, or wild and energetic. His songs can make you laugh, cry, or think. Sometimes all at once. He performs a wide range of cover songs, as well, often with surprising and unexpected arrangements.
