 isil has been performing throughout the Hudson Valley since the 1970s\, bo
 th as a solo artist and with various bands. A singer-songwriter and multi-
 instrumentalist\, his songs seamlessly bring together musical arrangements
  with compelling lyrics that can be humorous or tragic\, sensitive or cutt
 ing\, all drawn from a well of personal experience.\nJim’s performances
