Our Salon Stage provides Complimentary Live Music while you dine. We feature amazing local Hudson Valley and touring artists nightly. Join us for dinner and you may discover one of your new favorite artists. As always, we prioritize seating for guests who are joining us for dinner. We also provide a great Tap Room for enjoying a cocktail or beer while listening to the live music on our Salon Stage.

Rooted in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Joe Duraes is an independent singer-songwriter known for his electrified acoustic alt-rock groove and a warm tenor that resonates with authenticity. For more than fifteen years, Joe has built a reputation for deeply personal songwriting and high-energy live performances, notably opening for the Gin Blossoms at the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater in Peekskill.

Whether performing solo or with his band, The Skills, Joe crafts a rich sonic landscape that explores themes of resilience and connection. From his 2013 debut, Ebb and Flow, to the powerful 2025 singles “Stormy Serenade” and “Something Missing,” his work consistently highlights a signature blend of acoustic intimacy and rock edge. His musical journey reached a new chapter this past spring with the heartfelt release of his latest single, “We’ll Put It Out Somehow.”
