Our Salon Stage provides Complimentary Live Music while you dine. We feature amazing local Hudson Valley and touring artists nightly. Join us for dinner and you may discover one of your new favorite artists. As always, we prioritize seating for guests who are joining us for dinner. We also provide a great Tap Room for enjoying a cocktail or beer while listening to the live music on our Salon Stage.

Flash Company plays traditional and contemporary Irish and Celtic music ranging from the raucous to the sublime. Formed in 2016 as a quartet they have performed throughout the Hudson Valley for the past ten years.

The current line up of Flash Company is the duo of Bryan Maloney and Jim Pospisil, on guitars, mandolin, whistle and vocals. While continuing to play old favorites and new surprises, Flash Company also performs original material in the Celtic tradition, keeping the spirit of their founder, Eric Garrison alive by sharing his songs with audiences everywhere.
