Our Salon Stage provides Complimentary Live Music while you dine. We feature amazing local Hudson Valley and touring artists nightly. Join us for dinner and you may discover one of your new favorite artists. As always, we prioritize seating for guests who are joining us for dinner. We also provide a great Tap Room for enjoying a cocktail or beer while listening to the live music on our Salon Stage.

Petey Hop has a huge appreciation for all styles of music, from Hank to Hendrix, Duke to Dylan, Bach to Buck, Son House to Son Volt or Muddy to Miles. Steeped in electric blues from T-Bone through Stevie Ray, with a good understanding of early country blues as well, Pete has a deep well to draw from. A big fan of early country music by Hank, Johnny and Jimmie w/a healthy dose of Bakersfield, Outlaw and Alternative Country to thicken the roux.

The original material that Pete writes is eclectic, running the gamut from straight ahead Rock & Roll, Americana, Electric and Acoustic Blues, Country, Singer-songwriter, Alternative, and other influences.

In addition to being an accomplished singer/frontman, Pete is a sought after sideman. Mitch Woods regularly calls him to be one of his East Coast Rocket 88’s, even taking him to Greece for a two week residency at the Half Note Jazz club in Athens in ‘08-’09. With Mitch, Pete has played The Rhythm and Roots festival, The Michael Arnone Crawfish Festival, The Chenango Blues festival. Pete was lucky enough to share the stage once with one of his idols, Hubert Sumlin, and twice w/ Pinetop Perkins.

The Duke Robillard produced, “The Levee” was chosen as #30 for top 100 Blues Albums of 2012 by The Roots Report. It peaked at #3 for Blues and #1 for their interchart (all charts combined) as well.

2020 Blues is a self produced EP of new music inspired by the year from hell, capturing the emotions and realities of a year of quarantine.

With over 5,000 live dates, Pete is able to communicate his roots, yet convey a style all his own. A unique, eclectic, diverse songwriter with the guitar chops to match his genre spanning style.

After studying his teenage years with ex Peter Frampton Alumni, Ed Monteleone, Pete went on to study at G.I.T., eventually graduating with honors. He has been featured on; WPDH, WDST’s “Blues Break”, WPKN’s “Antique Blues”, The Listening Room and many other stations nationally and internationally.
A featured sideman to Mitch Woods and Chris O’Leary have given Pete the opportunity to tour the US and Europe extensively.
