Enjoy an intimate evening of Celtic music with three members of the world-renowned Cherish the Ladies! Joining them will be multi-instrumentalist Gabriel Donohue and Caitlyn Warbelow on fiddle.

Joanie Madden is internationally recognized as one of the greatest musicians and most respected personalities in the history of Irish music in America. She has dedicated her life to promoting Irish music, song and dance around the world, and is as equally successful as a musician and composer in her solo career while serving as founder and leader of the acclaimed traditional Irish music and dance ensemble, Cherish The Ladies. Born in New York of Irish parents and raised in a musical household, Joanie is the top selling whistle player in history, having sold more than 500,000 solo albums and performed on more than 180 recordings. In 2016, Irish America Magazine named Joanie as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Irish Women in the world.

Mary Coogan was born in New York and raised in a musical household. She is a founding member of Cherish the Ladies. Her mother came from Castlerea in County Roscommon and her father Jim was a great accordion player whose parents emigrated from County Waterford. Her father passed down his love of Irish music to Mary and she became a self-taught guitar, mandolin and bouzouki player. In addition to her outstanding musical talents, Mary also holds her masters degree in education and was named in Who’s Who among American Teachers. Acoustic Guitar Magazine named Mary one of the top four Celtic guitarists in Celtic music.

Bruce Foley is a renowned singer/guitarist who has toured and played with numerous Irish groups since 1974. He has performed in concert with Scottish folk singer Andy M Stewart, Irish songman Tommy Sands, fiddler James Kelly and supergroup Cherish the Ladies. Bruce played the uilleann pipes at New York’s Madison Square Gardens for Pete Seeger’s 90th birthday celebration. He performs regularly in the Pittsburgh area with two of the areas favorite Irish bands, Guaranteed Irish and Hooley. He also often performs with musicians in the New York area including his wife Mary Coogan, John Nolan and Brian Conway. He has a beautiful ballad voice and goes down a storm whenever he sings!
