Eric Andersen’s voice, songs, guitar and piano playing created a career that has spanned over 45 years. He has recorded 25 albums of original songs, and made numerous tours of North America, Europe, and Japan.
His songs have been recorded and performed by world renown artists such as Ricky Nelson, Judy Collins, Sandy Denny, Fairport Convention, The Kingston Trio, Peter Paul and Mary, Linda Ronstadt, Johnny Cash, The Grateful Dead, Linda Thompson, Mary Chapin Carpenter, and Francoise Hardy, plus many others in Europe, Australia, England, and Japan.
Marc Douglas Berardo’s songwriting has been compared to that of John Prine, James Taylor and Jackson Browne and an acoustic Bruce Springsteen, among others. Barardo was awarded the 2014 Michael Terry People’s Choice Award at the Wildflower! Arts and Music Festival Performing Songwriter Contest. He was also finalist in the 2015 South Florida Folk Festival Songwriting Competition, the 2014 Grassy Hill Kerrville New Folk Songwriting Competition at the Kerrville Folk Festival, the 2014 SolarFest Songwriter Showcase, and the 2010 Sisters Folk Festival.
As a working musician, Berardo tours year round. He has shared stages with a number of well recognized artists and performers including The Doobie Brothers, John Hiatt, Red Molly, Livingston Taylor, Cliff Eberhardt, and others.
