DESCRIPTION:Together since the late ’90s\, The Slambovian Circus of Dream
 s began in Sleepy Hollow\, NY as an art school project. Known for their el
 ectrifying live performances the band has toured nationally and abroad\, p
 laying a moody but upbeat alt-roots rock with an extensive instrumental ar
 senal (accordion\, cello\, mandolin\, theremin).\n\nPioneers of the Americ
 ana genre\, the band’s music is equal parts Washington Irving\, Woodstoc
 k and a touch of British Invasion singing dusty Americana ballads against 
 Pink Floydesque cinematic anthems. The band is described as a “hillbilly
  Pink Floyd\,” elements of Incredible String Band\, Neil Young\, The Ban
 d\, Dylan\, Bowie and Syd Barrett thrown in for good measure.\n\nThe Slamb
