 l weeks at Number One. Following a win in the Hudson Valley Blues Society
  Solo/Duo Challenge she was a semifinalist in the 2023 International Blues
  Competition. Beyond  performing\, Wininger has produced award-winning m
 usic documentaries for public radio and hosted radio shows. She is the cre
