Our Salon Stage provides Complimentary Live Music while you dine. We feature amazing local Hudson Valley and touring artists nightly. Join us for dinner and you may discover one of your new favorite artists. As always, we prioritize seating for guests who are joining us for dinner. We also provide a great Tap Room for enjoying a cocktail or beer while listening to the live music on our Salon Stage.

Rae Simone brings a background rooted in Blues, Motown, Jazz, R&B and Soul, with Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles as major influences. Her vocals have been featured in Rolling Stone article,Weed Mike, a conversation with Mike Tyson. Her single, “All I’ve Got,” has been receiving critical acclaim since its release in 2022. Her deeply soulful voice, presence, and delivery have that undeniable star quality. She is a rising star in every sense.

Robert Hill, originally from North Little Rock Arkansas, has been living in the New York area for the past 30 years. He was inducted into the New York Blues Hall of Fame in 2014. His latest release, “Revelation,” made the recent Grammy ballot, for Best Traditional Blues Album, and has been charting on the RMR, NACC, UK IBBA, and Australian Blues & Roots charts since its release in September 2022.

An award-winning artist, not only for his slide guitar work, but also for his songwriting, winning in numerous songwriting competitions including Billboard, Unisong, and the ISC, Robert has shared the stage with Jaimoe, (Allman Bros.), Duane Betts, (Allman Betts Band), Levon Helm, (The Band), John McEuen, (Nitty Gritty Dirt Band), Kim Simmonds, (Savoy Brown), Rick Danko, (The Band), Rory Block, Debbie Davies, and numerous others. He has played national festivals, including, The King Biscuit Blues and Mother’s Best Festivals in Helena, AR. The King Biscuit attracts hundreds of thousands of people to the banks of the Mississippi River each October. The name stems from King Biscuit Time, the longest-running daily radio show in the country, and based in Helena.
