 t Dickey is a Hudson Valley-based guitarist\, engineer/producer\, composer
 /arranger\, copyist\, and music technologist. The MD Group plays his origi
 nal material in a small format\, allowing for more improvisation and group
  interplay. Additionally\, they cover standards and modern takes on older\
 , rare-groove recordings a la Grant Green\, Lou Donaldson\, Melvin Sparks\
 , and Jimmy Smith (among others). He’s joined by Alex Smith on organ and
