  the Hudson Valley\, Joe Duraes is an independent singer-songwriter known 
 for his electrified acoustic alt-rock groove and a warm tenor that resonat
 es with authenticity. For more than fifteen years\, Joe has built a reputa
 tion for deeply personal songwriting and high-energy live performances\, n
 otably opening for the Gin Blossoms at the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater
