DESCRIPTION:\n\nPlease note: Due to the popularity of our Thursday Open Mic
  Night\, we are making some adjustments to the sign-up process. The curren
 t system has resulted in us having to turn people away due to all slots be
 ing quickly filled. In an effort to be fair and accommodating to everyone\
 , we are implementing the following guidelines:\n\n– in person sign up b
 etween 4-6 p.m. on Thursday\;\n\n– online sign up between 12-3 p.m. on T
 hursday\; please email openmic@townecrier.com – we’re no longer taking
  calls. If you sign up and don’t attend or don’t cancel before 5 p.m.\
 , you’ll no longer be eligible to sign up online\;\n\n– The normal lim
 it is 2 songs per person. If we exceed a certain number of performers\, we
 ’ll limit each performer to 1 song. If it’s a slow night and time allo
 ws\, we could increase it to 3 songs per person.\n\n– All performers MUS
 T be present at 6:30 p.m.\, when we will draw the lottery for order of per
 formance slots.\n\nSteve Kirkman is our host this week!\n\nOur Open Mic Ni

 yone in attendance – performers and audience members – which can be ap
