TROUT FISHING IN AMERICA

We are thrilled that our favorite duo will be returning to the New York area this summer and that they were available to again bring their special brand of original goodtime music and comedy back to our stage.
Trout Fishing In America , the acoustic duo from Texas, now based in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, has been performing for a remarkable 25 years and has built up a devoted fan base of all ages. Bassist Keith Grimwood and guitarist Ezra Idlet create the full, rich sound of an ensemble. Fans are captivated by their diverse musical range, great vocals and incredible instrumental work. They continue to win new fans with their unique way of looking at the world, crafted around Idlet's acoustic guitar, Grimwood's upright bass and their exceptional vocal power. The duo ~ indie before indie was cool ~ has earned multiple national awards with their acoustic-based music that ranges from folk to country to rock. In addition to their musical versatility, Trout Fishing In America weaves non-stop comedy into their repertoire.
